Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using REVA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of service
REVA is an AI real estate assistant offered by Markavy Inc. ("Markavy," "we," "us," or "our") that helps buyers search for homes, schedule tours, and communicate with a dedicated AI assistant, Reva, backed by licensed managing brokers.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use REVA.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false or misleading information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
SMS text messaging terms
"REVA Text Alerts" is a text messaging program operated by Markavy Inc. You can opt in to REVA Text Alerts through our online opt-in form.
Message types: property alerts, tour reminders, account updates, and replies to questions you ask Reva.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out. For help, reply HELP or contact sarmad@markavy.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change or terminate REVA Text Alerts at any time, with notice where required.

Disclaimer of warranties
REVA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular property, offer, or outcome will result from using REVA.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Markavy Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of REVA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of REVA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
