- Phone number, when you opt in to receive text alerts from REVA
- Account information, such as login and property preferences
- Messages you exchange with Reva, your AI assistant
- Usage data, such as pages visited and features used

- Provide and operate the REVA service
- Send property alerts, tour reminders, and account updates you've requested
- Improve and develop our product
- Comply with applicable law and protect against fraud or abuse
SMS & mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
SMS consent & opt-out
Consent to receive text messages is collected through our opt-in form and is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel text alerts at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at sarmad@markavy.com.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of REVA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
