Who we are

REVA is a product of Markavy Inc. ("Markavy," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website at https://www.realtorcopilot.ai and the REVA service. If you have questions, reach us at sarmad@markavy.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated by using the service, including:

• Name and email address
• Phone number, when you opt in to receive text alerts from REVA
• Account information, such as login and property preferences
• Messages you exchange with Reva, your AI assistant
• Billing information: your subscription plan and Stripe customer identifiers. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Requests you make through Reva: tour requests and questions about listings, which we relay to your assigned licensed realtor
• Transaction documents: inspection reports, disclosures, and similar documents that you or your broker upload for your purchase, as we roll out document features
• Usage data, such as pages visited and features used

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the REVA service
• Send property alerts, tour reminders, and account updates you've requested
• Improve and develop our product
• Comply with applicable law and protect against fraud or abuse

How we share your information

When you ask Reva to schedule a tour or request information about a listing, we send that request (along with your name, contact information, and the property concerned) to your assigned licensed realtor so they can act on it.

Service providers process information on our behalf to run REVA: Supabase (accounts and data), Amazon Web Services (infrastructure), our AI model providers (conversation and document processing through our gateway), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Telegram (if you link it), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes your information only to provide their service to us.

We do not sell personal information. The SMS & mobile information commitments below continue to apply.

SMS & mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

SMS consent & opt-out

Consent to receive text messages is collected through our opt-in form and is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel text alerts at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at sarmad@markavy.com.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, which features get used, and where visitors arrive from. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives the page address, page title, referring page, and general device and approximate-location information from your browser.

We strip credentials and personal identifiers, such as sign-in tokens and email addresses, out of page addresses before they are sent, and we do not send your name, email address, phone number, or the content of your conversations with Reva to Google. You can opt out across all sites with Google's browser add-on, or by using your browser's cookie controls.

AI processing

Reva is an AI assistant. Your conversations, saved preferences, and uploaded documents are processed by large-language-model providers through our gateway to provide the service. Under our agreements with those providers, this data is not used to train their foundation models.

AI output can be wrong. Verify anything important with your licensed broker or another qualified professional. See our Terms of Service for more on what Reva's output is and is not.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To delete your account and data, email sarmad@markavy.com from your account email. We delete your profile, conversation memory, saved homes and searches, requests, and uploaded documents within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or brokerage-compliance reasons. If you leave the pilot, the same applies on request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of REVA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
